It is fine if you need to send somebody to collect your grant on your behalf, but they must have a signed letter from you telling us their name. Alternatively, you may want to use our nomination form which you can download by clicking here. The form needs to be printed because it is important it includes your signature.

 

Your nominee should bring your letter or the form with them to the payout at 11am on the second Saturday in January at the Oulton Institute.​
